Designing the Framework

We build a high-precision, watertight mold (the "negative") based on your custom dimensions. This frame acts as the cradle for the liquid resin, ensuring sharp edges and structural integrity.

The Alchemy of Color

We mix industrial-grade UV-stable resins with high-concentration pigments. This stage allows us to match any color—from muted desert sand to vibrant electric blues—ensuring the color is consistent throughout the entire piece.

Casting the Design

The resin is poured into the mold in layers. For patterned pieces, we use hand-placed dividers to keep colors crisp and prevented from bleeding, creating sharp geometric or abstract transitions within the solid block.

Removing the Imperfections

Once poured, the piece enters a curing phase. We use specialized techniques to remove micro-bubbles and ensure the resin bonds perfectly to the internal wooden support structure, creating a void-free solid mass.

Achieving the Mirror Finish

The hardened resin is sanded through ten progressively finer grits of sandpaper, ending with a diamond-paste buffing. This reveals the deep, translucent luster and creates a surface that is incredibly smooth to the touch.
